Terms of Use

The plain agreement behind this sliding puzzle

Swiping tiles in NumberDrift means accepting the short list below. They're scoped to match what this is: a free, browser-based merging puzzle with no purchases and nothing wagered.

What you're agreeing to

NumberDrift costs nothing to play. There's no premium currency, no subscription, and no mechanic anywhere that exchanges real money for any kind of in-game advantage. Using the game means accepting these terms in their current form.

What the game involves

You slide numbered tiles around a grid; matching tiles merge into their sum. That's the complete gameplay loop — no combat, no element of chance tied to monetary stakes, and nothing resembling gambling mechanics anywhere in the design.

NumberDrift contains no loot boxes, no randomized paid purchases, and no system where real or virtual currency is wagered on an outcome. The grid is freely reset and retried as many times as you like.

How you can use it

Play NumberDrift for your own enjoyment, as often as you'd like. Please don't scrape or repackage the game's code for commercial resale, automate play through external scripts in ways that disrupt the service, or otherwise interfere with normal operation of the page.

Who owns what

The grid design, tile color logic, and overall presentation belong to the people who made NumberDrift. Playing grants you a personal, non-commercial licence to enjoy it — it doesn't transfer any ownership to you.

No promises of perfection

We've tested NumberDrift across common browsers and touch devices, but flawless swipe-detection on every device can't be guaranteed. If a move ever registers oddly, a refresh typically resolves it.

Limits on liability

To whatever extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect issues stemming from your use of this free experience. Given that nothing financial changes hands, our practical exposure is intentionally minimal.

Changes

We might adjust grid sizes, tile colors, or these terms as time goes on. Continuing to play after a change means you're comfortable with the current version.
